Air fryer roast potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 600g potatoes

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 180C (355F).
  2. Peel, wash and chop your potatoes.
  3. Drizzle with the vegetable oil and salt and pepper.
  4. Add to the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 15 minutes at 180C (355F). Shake well.
  6. If you’re adding additional herbs, spices or seasonings now if the time to add these.
  7. Air fry for another 10 minutes at 180C (355F). Check. If required air fry for a further 5 minutes.
