Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt & pepper
- 600g potatoes
Instructions
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 180C (355F).
- Peel, wash and chop your potatoes.
- Drizzle with the vegetable oil and salt and pepper.
- Add to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15 minutes at 180C (355F). Shake well.
- If you’re adding additional herbs, spices or seasonings now if the time to add these.
- Air fry for another 10 minutes at 180C (355F). Check. If required air fry for a further 5 minutes.
