Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. russet potatoes, scrubbed, dried and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Directions
- Combine the potatoes, olive oil, seasoned salt, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Toss well to combine.
- Heat an air fryer to 400° for 2 minutes. Place the potatoes in the basket and cook for 10 minutes. Removing the basket and shake the potatoes. Return the potatoes to the air fryer for 8 to 10 more minutes, until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve immediately.
