Air Fryer Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Little potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt 

Instructions

  1. Turn air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. On a cutting board, halve any larger potatoes so they are all uniform in size. I usually halve most of them as we are feeding children 🙂
  3. Toss potatoes with oil and seasoning salt and place in the basket of the air fryer.
  4. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Open the basket, give the potatoes a shake and cook for 5 more minutes (this isn’t necessary but it helps with even cooking if you are cooking a large batch). Check for doneness by poking a potato with a sharp knife — if the potato feels firm, cook for another 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve as desired.
