Air fryer parmentier potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes 600g approx
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegetable spray oil

Instructions

To cook from fresh

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  2. Cube the potatoes into a dice under 1 inch. I like to dry using a clean kitchen towel, but you CAN skip this step if you want to!
  3. Use spray oil on the potatoes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place in to your air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry at 180C (360F approx) for 12 minutes.
  7. Mince the garlic cloves.
  8. Remove the rosemary from the woody stalk and then chop finely.
  9. Add the minced garlic cloves and chopped rosemary to the potatoes and then shake well to cover.
  10. Spread the potatoes back out in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  11. Air fry at 200C (390F approx) for 12-15 minutes.
  12. Serve once golden brown and enjoy.
