4 (460g in total) Coles Tasmanian Salmon Portions Skin Off, each cut into 4-5 pieces
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 avocado, halved, sliced
Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
Brush 1 tbs dressing from sachet in salad kit over the salmon. Reserve the remaining dressing.
Finely chop half of the almonds from the salad kit. Scatter over the salmon. Season.
Spray an air fryer basket with oil. Place half of the salmon in prepared basket. Cook at 200C for 8-9 minutes or until salmon is golden and just cooked through, adding the remaining almonds to the air fryer in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining salmon.
Pour the reserved dressing into a small bowl and stir through lemon juice until combined.
Divide salad and avocado among serving bowls. Top with salmon and drizzle over dressing. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve with lemon wedges. Watch our step-by-step video below to see how to make our Air fryer green goddess salmon salad.
