Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 corn on the cob
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 lime cut into 4 wedges

Optional toppings

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Husk and remove the silk from the corn. Trim the top and bottom so they fit the air fryer basket. (You can also cut them in half if your air fryer basket is too small to fit whole corn. Also the perfect size for younger kids)
  2. Preheat the air fryer at 400 F for 5 minutes.
  3. Line the corn in a single layer and lightly brush with oil.
  4. Air fry at 380 F for 12 minutes, turning the corn halfway through. Add an extra 2 to 5 minutes of cook time for more brown spots or if the corn is thicker. Take out the corn and place it on a platter.
  5. Mix chili powder and salt in a bowl. Dip the lime wedges in the chili and salt mixture. Rub the lime wedge on the corn to evenly apply the spices all over the corn. Squeeze some lime juice over and enjoy hot!
