Air Fryer Baked Apples With Pecan Filling
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Topping
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320 degrees.
- Chop off the top of the apples, and remove the cores, leaving a hole in the center of the apple for the filling.
- Place them in the preheated air fryer, and spread 1 tbsp of brown sugar and ½ tsp of ground cinnamon on top of them.
- Cook at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
- For the topping/filling, chop pecans into small pieces, and mix with almond flour, brown sugar, and coconut oil.
- Remove the air fryer basket, and stuff the apples with the pecan mix. Cook for another 5 minutes in the air fryer.
- Enjoy while warm.
