Black Currant Bento Cake

Ingredients

  1. 250 gms ready vanilla Sponge cake Spongy Vanilla Tea time Cake
  2. 1 cup whip cream
  3. 2 tbsp black currant crush
  4. Few sprinkles for decoration
  5. 1/4 cup sugar syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. Keep ready the vanilla sponge cake, I have shared the link for the same. Spongy Vanilla Tea time Cake
  2. For preparing sugar syrup – add 1tbsp sugar in 1/4 cup of water, just dissolve the sugar, don’t cook.
  3. Make 3 slices of cake.
  4. Beat the whipped cream with an electric beater till the soft peak.
  5. Now place one slice of cake, sprinkle sugar syrup, put one layer of Whip cream, and level it with a palette knife.
  6. Now place another slice on it then layer of whip cream and black currant crush.
  7. Now place the third slice of cake, soak with sugar syrup, now and cover the entire cake with whipped cream and give one layer of a crush on top.
  8. Make a swirl shape design on the cake with the help of the desired nozzle(fiz nozzle in a piping bag, add whip cream and make design)
  9. Decorate with silver sprinkles and silver glitter, take a Bento box, place butter paper, and place cake on it. Bento cake is ready to serve or to take away.
