Ingredients
- 250 gms prawn cleaned with or without tail
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoon flour/maida
- Pinch baking powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon blackpepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooking Instructions
- Beat the egg add all the dry ingredients and whisk slowly
- Next add all sauces and 1 tablespoon of oil
- Mix together,then add prawn and again mix it well.
- Leave it for minimum half hour or as long as you can
- Then coat the prawns in bread crumbs and keep it on butter paper/kitchen towel for 5 minutes
- Put the oil enough that they are dip properly,heat the oil
- Put the prawns in the wok on full heat,after 30 seconds slow down the flame on medium.Let it cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Take it out and serve it with your favourite sauce
