Bake the rolls: Brush rolls with melted butter and bake according to the package instructions. Set aside.
Prepare the patties: Divide the ground beef into 10 equal portions and roll into balls. Place each ball into a greased muffin tin well and flatten into a patty. Press a small thumbprint into the center of each.
Season and top: Sprinkle each patty with beef bouillon powder and top with chopped red onion.
Bake the patties for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
Add cheese: Place a slice of cheddar on each patty and return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until melted.
Drain: Carefully remove patties and place on a paper towel-lined plate to soak up excess grease.
Assemble sliders: Slice open the baked rolls, spread mayo and ketchup as desired, and add lettuce, tomato, and a beef patty to each.
