Muffin Tin Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients 

  • melted butter,, for brushing rolls
  • 1 package Sister Schubert Dinner Yeast Rolls, (or your favorite rolls)
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • beef bouillon powder, to taste, (for seasoning)
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 10 slices cheddar cheese
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • ketchup, to taste
  • lettuce, for serving
  • tomato slices, for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the rolls: Brush rolls with melted butter and bake according to the package instructions. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the patties: Divide the ground beef into 10 equal portions and roll into balls. Place each ball into a greased muffin tin well and flatten into a patty. Press a small thumbprint into the center of each.
  4. Season and top: Sprinkle each patty with beef bouillon powder and top with chopped red onion.
  5. Bake the patties for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Add cheese: Place a slice of cheddar on each patty and return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until melted.
  7. Drain: Carefully remove patties and place on a paper towel-lined plate to soak up excess grease.
  8. Assemble sliders: Slice open the baked rolls, spread mayo and ketchup as desired, and add lettuce, tomato, and a beef patty to each.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
