Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream 

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 200 gmsFresh Strawberries (Pureed)
  • 400 ml Fresh Cream

How to make Strawberry Ice Cream

  • Step 1: Puree the strawberries in a mixer-grinder and keep them aside.
  • Step 2: In a bowl, combine Nestlé MILKMAID, fresh cream, and strawberry puree. Whisk until the mixture thickens. Set it in the freezer till half set. Remove and whisk again until smooth. Doing so will help keep the texture of the Strawberry Ice Cream soft and creamy while it sets.
  • Step 3: Return to freezer and set completely. Serve chilled.
