Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
  • 150 gmsFresh Cream
  • 4 tbspCocoa Powder
  • 10 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tspVanilla extract

How to make Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Step 1: Whip the cream till it is fluffy.
  • Step 2: Cook cocoa powder in milk till mixed completely into a smooth consistency.
  • Step 3: Add Nestlé MILKMAID, cooked cocoa powder, vanilla essence, whipped cream & mix well.
  • Step 4: Pour into a freezing tray and freeze till half set. Remove and beat with a whisk or electric beater until smooth. Doing so will help keep the texture of the ice cream soft and creamy while it sets.
  • Step 5: Pour back into tray and freeze till well set.

Tips to Make Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Gradually mix hot milk with cocoa powder to avoid lumps and ensure a smooth mixture.
