Vanilla Choco Chips Ice Cream 

Ingredients

• 1 Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
• 300 gms Fresh Cream/Whipping Cream
• 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
• 1 cup Choco Chips

For Ice Bath

• 7 Ice Cubes
• 1 tspSalt
• 1½Water

How to make Vanilla Choco Chips Ice Cream

• Step 1:  To make the ice cream base, prepare an ice bath by adding ice cubes, salt and water in a big bowl.
• Step 2:  Whip the cream, Nestlé MILKMAID and vanilla essence in a bowl over this ice bath until soft peaks are formed.
• Step 3:  Mix the ice cream base with choco-chips and transfer to a jar or box. Top the ice cream with some more choco chips and refrigerate for 5-6 hours, or till properly set.
