Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour-
- -1/3 cup Sugar
- -1tsp Baking powder
- pinch Salt-a
- 1/2 cup Milk-
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence-
- 2 tbsp Veg oil-
- 1 Egg-
Instructions
- Sift all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder and keep it aside.
- In a bowl whisk milk, egg, sugar, bhi. essence, veg oil untill well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk making sure there no lumps.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium and pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Flip the pancake once bubbles appear. Cook until it’s golden brown.
- Serve it hot with honey/maple syrup, butter. Top it with berries, bananas. Or any fruits of your choice.
