Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- to taste Salt
Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl break the eggs and add sugar. Whisk well to dissolve the sugar
- Melt the butter but don’t burn it. Add it to the egg mix.
- Add milk of room temperature to the egg mix. Whisk and set aside
- In a bowl sift flour, baking powder. Add vanilla sugar, salt and mix well
- Add the flour mix slowly to the egg mix and stir well. The batter is ready
- Heat a pan and add 1 ladle of the batter. Flip after 1 min. The first pancake would never be okay. Pour the next ladle and once bubbles are visible the pancakes are being cooked. Flip sides
- Plate with blueberries and maple syrup and enjoy
