Custard Apple Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour or Maida
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cup Custard Apple pulp
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup melted Butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. First of all, sieve all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Also keep the frozen custard apple pulp ready. Thaw it beforehand for the ease of use.
  2. Add melted butter to the eggs along with the vanilla essence and the rest of the ingredients one by one except the custard apple pulp. Mix well until lumpfree.
  3. With the help of a spatula, fold in the custard apple pulp next. Plug in the waffle maker and grease with little butter or oil for each single batch.
  4. Add 3/4 of the batter at a time and make about 14 waffles with these measurements. It takes about 4-5 minutes for each batch to get done perfectly well.
  5. Do not open the lid immediately. Let the steam escape fully before opening so that you end up with super crisp and perfect waffles. Enjoy!
