Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. butter
- 6 slices thick bread
- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Add in vanilla, milk, salt, and flour to the bowl and continue mixing. You can use a mixer instead of a whisk if you’d like.
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
- Add 1 tsp of butter and coat the pan.
- Dip bread in the batter and place in the skillet.
- Cook on both sides until brown for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve with powdered sugar.
