Beetroot juice

Ingredients

  • 200 g beet fresh
  • 50 g beet leaves with stems
  • 250 g strawberries with stems
  • 300 g oranges peeled
  • 5 g ginger with peel

Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges. Wash all remaining ingredients and cut them to fit the hopper of your juicer.
  2. Gradually add the ingredients to the hopper and push them towards the auger with the compatible tamper. The beetroot juice is ready when no more juice drips from the juice drum.
  3. Best enjoyed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours
