Ingredients
- 2 packet udon noodles
- 2 stalk Pak Choy vegetable
- 1 can straw mushroom
- 1 white onion
- 10 medium size prawns
- 1/2 lbs ground beef
- Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dark soy
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Chinese wine
- Green scallions
Cooking Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients and set aside
- 2Put udon noodles in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 2-3 minutes on high. Rinse and drain noodle under cold water. Set aside
- 3Heat pan on high. Add ground meat and fry for 1 minute. Add white onion, prawns, straw mushroom, pak choy vegetable and continue to fry for another 3 minutes.
- 4Add in the noodle and sauce and continue to fry for 3 minutes until well combined. Garnish with green scallions. Serve hot
