Udon with ground beef and mushroom
Ingredients
- 1 packet udon
- 2 white mushrooms
- 50 g ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Cooking Instructions
- Mince the garlic and cut the mushrooms
- Put olive oil on heat and cook the garlic and mushroom
- After the mushrooms are half-cooked, put in the ground beef
- Put the udon in. Cook until it softened.
- Give seasoning (oyster sauce, salt & pepper). Feel free to use more pepper to give an aroma
- Cook until all of them are mixed up. Enjoy!
