Udon with ground beef and mushroom

Ingredients

  • 1 packet udon
  • 2 white mushrooms
  • 50 g ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic and cut the mushrooms
  2. Put olive oil on heat and cook the garlic and mushroom
  3. After the mushrooms are half-cooked, put in the ground beef
  4. Put the udon in. Cook until it softened.
  5. Give seasoning (oyster sauce, salt & pepper). Feel free to use more pepper to give an aroma
  6. Cook until all of them are mixed up. Enjoy!
