Thai roll mango ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 mangoes pulp
  • 1/2 cup thick whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder
  • 1/2 cup milk (full fat fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar/sweetened condensed milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. Take a blender jar pop in mangoes purée,milk powder,whipping cream,sugar,milk whip it well 4-5 times until very smooth and thick. Then spread it on a metal plate or a tray garnish with grated pistachios & set it overnight or at least 6 hours.
  2. Then just adding a open spatula press deep and roll it.pick each roll using a tong as it melts faster with hands. Pop it in a serving glass then drizzle the red syrup and serve it chilled.
