Chinese Green Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 4 teaspoons green tea (or 4 tea bags)

Directions

  1. Bring water just to a boil. Remove from the heat.
  2. Put the tea leaves in a strainer and put in the water to steep (or add tea bags if you are using them instead). Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea and serve immediately in a teapot.
