Ingredients
- Filling
- 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
- 1 big capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
- 2 carrots grated
- As per taste salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
- 3 tbsp red chili sauce
- As required Oil
- For sandwiches
- 10 Bread slices (with or without edges)
- As required butter or ghee
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp dried herbs
Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oil than add veggies n saute them add in chicken (shredded) n mix well.. Now add salt, black pepper, white pepper n mix well cook for few seconds than add soya sauce n chili sauce.. fold well.. Filling is ready.. Now take bread slices(cut the edges if you Don’t like it or leave it) Melt the ghee or butter grill the bread slices…
- Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients of sauce together.. Spread the sauce on bread now spread filling, cover with another slice..
- Grill again for few seconds.. And its ready to serve..
