Chinese pancake

Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Minced meat
  • Spices
  • Baking powder
  • Sugar
  • Onions(Sliced)
  • Pepper(Sliced)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1-Wash the meat, and make sure you drain the water completely ,then add the Onions, pepper, and a little bit of Oil, Add the spices and allow the meat to Cook.
  2. Break the eggs in a bowl, add milk, sugar, a pinch of Salt, and then a little amount of baking powder, whisk all the ingredients together and then add the flour little by little. The batter shouldn’t be too thick.
  3. Fry your pancakes, and then place on a plate and then add the meat, either by the side or at the center, I placed mine at the center, then wrap as you want.
  4. Rub a little amount of the batter at the edges and place in the frying pan to make it stick.
  5. Your Chinese Pancake is ready to eat
