Ingredients
- Flour
- Egg
- Milk
- Minced meat
- Spices
- Baking powder
- Sugar
- Onions(Sliced)
- Pepper(Sliced)
Cooking Instructions
- 1-Wash the meat, and make sure you drain the water completely ,then add the Onions, pepper, and a little bit of Oil, Add the spices and allow the meat to Cook.
- Break the eggs in a bowl, add milk, sugar, a pinch of Salt, and then a little amount of baking powder, whisk all the ingredients together and then add the flour little by little. The batter shouldn’t be too thick.
- Fry your pancakes, and then place on a plate and then add the meat, either by the side or at the center, I placed mine at the center, then wrap as you want.
- Rub a little amount of the batter at the edges and place in the frying pan to make it stick.
- Your Chinese Pancake is ready to eat
