Brown Sugar Breakfast Quinoa

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add quinoa, almond milk, butter, and salt to the Instant Pot®.
  2. Close the lid, turn the knob to Sealing.
  3. Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 2 minutes.
  4. When the timer beeps, allow 10 minutes to naturally release the pressure, then remove the lid.
  5. Stir in brown sugar and milk to the quinoa and scoop into a bowl.
  6. Serve topped with heavy cream.
