Add the tea bags, water and sweetener (or sugar) into your Instant Pot insert, cover the lid of your Instant Pot and set the vent to ‘sealing.’
Select the MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK button , select high pressure and set the timer to 4 minutes.
Once Instant pot is done cooking, wait on KEEP WARM timer for 5-7 minutes. Then release the leftover pressure by moving the valve from SEALING to VENTING.
Once the silver pin drops, open the lid. Using the tongs, pick up the tea bags and discard them. (otherwise the tea will become bitter). Add baking soda and mix well.
Let the tea mixture cool completely, then serve over ice. Enjoy !
