Instant Pot Jasmine Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Jasmine rice rinsed
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add rice, water, and salt to the Instant Pot®.
  2. Close the lid, and turn the knob to Sealing.
  3. Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 3 minutes.
  4. When the timer beeps, allow 10 minutes to naturally release the pressure, then remove the lid.
  5. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
