Air fryer pigs in blankets

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of streaky bacon
  • 12 cocktail sausages OR chipolatas

Optional honey and mustard glaze

  • 30 ml honey
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 10 ml wholegrain mustard

Instructions

  1. Slice the streaky bacon in half, lengthways.
  2. Wrap this around the cocktail sausages or chipolatas.
  3. Place into the air fryer basket, bacon seam downwards. Alternatively you could use cocktail sticks to hold the bacon in place, but this feels like an unnecessary faff for me!
  4. Air fry at 180C (355F approx) for 8-9 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
