Air fryer diced potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegetable spray oil
  • Dried parsley
  • Garlic powder
  • Optional – paprika and rosemary

Instructions

To cook from fresh

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  2. Cube the potatoes. I like to dry using a clean kitchen towel, but you CAN skip this step if you want to!
  3. Use spray oil on the potatoes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Air fry at 180C (360F) for 15 minutes.
  6. Add 1/4 tsp of dried parsley, garlic powder and if you want to paprika and rosemary.
  7. Add a little more spray vegetable oil if needed.
  8. Shake up.
  9. Air fry at 200C (390F) for 8 minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
