Air fryer lemon pepper fries

Ingredients

  • 600 g white potatoes
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions

  1. Peel your potatoes. This step is optional.
  2. Slice and then chip your potatoes. Sometimes I do this by hand, other times I use a *chipper.
  3. Wash the potatoes well. I soak them for 5-10 minutes in cold water to remove some extra starch.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and dry well.
  5. Drizzle over the olive oil.
  6. Shake the lemon pepper seasoning over.
  7. Shake up or mix well to combine.
  8. Place a thin layer in to your air fryer basket.
  9. Air fry at 160C for 12 minutes.
  10. Shake at least once to prevent sticking.
  11. Air fry at 200C for 10 minutes, or 180C at 12 minutes.
  12. Keep an eye during the cooking time as air fryers can have various cooking times and fries can burn quickly.
  13. Serve with your dip of choice and enjoy.
