Air fryer lemon pepper fries
Ingredients
- 600 g white potatoes
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
- Peel your potatoes. This step is optional.
- Slice and then chip your potatoes. Sometimes I do this by hand, other times I use a *chipper.
- Wash the potatoes well. I soak them for 5-10 minutes in cold water to remove some extra starch.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry well.
- Drizzle over the olive oil.
- Shake the lemon pepper seasoning over.
- Shake up or mix well to combine.
- Place a thin layer in to your air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 160C for 12 minutes.
- Shake at least once to prevent sticking.
- Air fry at 200C for 10 minutes, or 180C at 12 minutes.
- Keep an eye during the cooking time as air fryers can have various cooking times and fries can burn quickly.
- Serve with your dip of choice and enjoy.
