Crispy Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, diced into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder and toss gently to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings and oil.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the potato cubes and the air fryer model, so keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
  5. Once potatoes are golden and crispy, transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy!
