Air Fryer Corn on The Cob

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 ears corn, shucked and halved
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro, or to taste (Optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Mix mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, and chili powder in a shallow dish.
  3. Roll each piece of corn in the mayonnaise mixture until all sides are covered.
  4. Place all 4 pieces of the corn in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
