Dragon Fruit, Hibiscus, Banana, and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. frozen diced red dragon fruit (we used Pitaya brand)
  • 3/4 c. steeped hibiscus tea, chilled
  • 1/2 c. sliced frozen banana (from about ½ medium banana)
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut milk
  • Kosher salt
  • Vanilla extract

Directions

  1.  In a blender, puree dragon fruit, tea, banana, coconut milk, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of vanilla extract until smooth, 1 minute.
