Jump-Start Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 c. frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 c. fresh orange juice
  • 2 tsp. chopped and peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/4 c. plain low-fat (1-percent) yogurt
  • 2 cube ice

Directions

  1. In blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, orange juice, ginger, yogurt, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down side of container occasionally.
