Coconut Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. low-fat milk
  • 1/2 c. low-fat coconut-flavored yogurt
  • 2 c. frozen raspberries
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
  • Toasted coconut and raspberries, for serving

Directions

  1. Using immersion blender, blend together milk and coconut-flavored yogurt with frozen raspberries and bananas
  2. Serve topped with toasted coconut and raspberries.
