Mickey Mouse chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • As needed Chocholate melted Milk and dark compound
  • 1 1/4 cup buttermilk room temperature preferred
  • 1/2 pack whipped cream
  • As needed Gems
  • 2 -3 drops Liquid colour pink

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together except cocoa powder and sugar
  2. Now take a pan add sugar 2 spoon water and cocoa powder make sauce
  3. Add buttermilk And eggs
  4. Now add dry ingredients And all other ingredients
  5. Now Bake on 180 for 25 minutes
  6. I baked in air fryer in batches and also made cupcakes
  7. Now cut cake for icing layer with whipped cream
  8. Decorate as desired
