Mickey Mouse chocolate cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- As needed Chocholate melted Milk and dark compound
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk room temperature preferred
- 1/2 pack whipped cream
- As needed Gems
- 2 -3 drops Liquid colour pink
Cooking Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together except cocoa powder and sugar
- Now take a pan add sugar 2 spoon water and cocoa powder make sauce
- Add buttermilk And eggs
- Now add dry ingredients And all other ingredients
- Now Bake on 180 for 25 minutes
- I baked in air fryer in batches and also made cupcakes
- Now cut cake for icing layer with whipped cream
- Decorate as desired
