- 1/4 cup rolled oats (regular)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 cups sweet cherries (frozen pitted dark)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (lightly packed)
- sweet cherries (Fresh dark, or chocolate-covered cherries)
- semisweet chocolate (Grated)
