Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana, sliced, or 4 florets frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, plus more for serving
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 2 Tbsp paleo vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
How to Make It
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Top with extra frozen blueberries.
