Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2/3 cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. In a blender, puree ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
