Strawberry Ginger Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup almond milk unsweetened

Toppings

  • 1 kiwi
  • 2-3 strawberries fresh
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground walnuts hazelnuts or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • A few cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Peel the banana. Place it on baking paper on the plastic plate. Wash strawberries and dry them with paper towels. Slice them and place them on a plastic base with banana. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. Combine frozen banana, frozen strawberries, and almond milk in a blender. Puree until completely smooth – the mixture should be thick. Add grated ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend the mixture.
  3. Transfer mixture to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
