STRAWBERRY MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL

EQUIPMENT

  • High speed blender

INGREDIENTS  

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cold navel oranges, juiced (about ⅓ cup)
  • ⅓ cup ice cold water
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for a vegan bowl

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, thick, and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola, and cocoa nibs. Enjoy immediately!
