Banana Split Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Banana Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla plant-based milk
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes

Banana Split Toppings

  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 2 Tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas

Instructions

  1. Place the smoothie bowl base ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, stirring as needed (it will be thick).
  3. Divide into bowls and add toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
