Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mango juice or nectar
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (125 grams)
- 1 cup frozen banana slices (about 115 grams)
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks (about 230 grams)
Instructions
- Blend until smooth, pour into two glasses and serve. If desired, add more juice for a thinner smoothie, or more fruit for a thicker smoothie.
- Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
