- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 large orange, segmented
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Optional nutritional add-ins: ground flaxseed meal, chia seeds, unsweetened protein powder
