Ingredients
- 1 large peach Note 1
- 1 cup blueberries 200 g
- 2 cups nut milk 500 ml, Note 2
- ¼ cup oats 25 g
- sweetener to taste, Note 3
Instructions
- Chop the peach. Place in the food processor/blender.1 large peach
- Add blueberries, milk, oats, and some sweetener.1 cup blueberries/ 200 g + 2 cups nut milk/ 500 ml + ¼ cup oats/ 25 g
- Blend until smooth.
- Check if the smoothie is sweet enough for you. Add more sweetener, if necessary. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use nectarines instead of peaches.
- I use almond or coconut milk most of the time. Any other kind of milk, including cow milk, is fine.
- Honey, maple syrup, stevia or xylitol.
