Turmeric Banana Smoothie with Ginger

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to NutriBullet or Blender
  2. Blend 20-30 seconds or until smooth and creamy
  3. Top with additional hemp seeds and turmeric, if desired
