PUMPKIN BANANA SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk,, I used oat milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender: Canned pumpkin, yogurt, milk, honey, banana and cinnamon.
  2. Pulse for about 30 seconds and stir the ingredients making sure to scrape the sides. Pulse for another 30-60 seconds or until blended. Serve immediately and enjoy!
