Ingredients
- 1 raddish
- to taste Salt
- Pinch Ginger paste
- to taste Chilli powder
- Corriender leaves for garnishing
- Pinch Sugar
- Pinch black pepper powder
Cooking Instructions
- Chop raddish as shown in image
- Add salt keep aside for 5min so that it remove water content from raddish
- Remove water add chilli powder, pepper powder, sugar and ginger paste(optional)
- Mix well and garnish with coriander
