Raddish salad

Ingredients

  • 1 raddish
  • to taste Salt
  • Pinch Ginger paste
  • to taste Chilli powder
  • Corriender leaves for garnishing
  • Pinch Sugar
  • Pinch black pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. Chop raddish as shown in image
  2. Add salt keep aside for 5min so that it remove water content from raddish
  3. Remove water add chilli powder, pepper powder, sugar and ginger paste(optional)
  4. Mix well and garnish with coriander
