Korean Style Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 sheet Nori Seaweed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 
  • 1 tsp Chinese Soup Stock
  • 1 clove Grated Garlic 
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Wash the Lettuce and tear it into bite-size by hand.
  2. Rub the Nori Seaweed by hand to make it smaller.
  3. Mix ingredients in a big bowl.
  4. Put the Lettuce and Nori Seaweed in a bowl and mix it well before servings.
