Korean flavor courgette salad
Ingredients
- 1 courgette
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Seasoning liquid
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 garlic clove
Cooking Instructions
- Dry roast the sesame seeds.
- Wash and drain the courgette.
Cut off the stems and hips and slice the courgette.
- Grate the garlic and mix with all the other ingredients except the sesame seeds.
- Arrange on a plate and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds!
