Korean flavor courgette salad

Ingredients

  • 1 courgette
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Seasoning liquid
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 garlic clove

Cooking Instructions

  1. Dry roast the sesame seeds.
  2. Wash and drain the courgette.
    Cut off the stems and hips and slice the courgette.
  3. Grate the garlic and mix with all the other ingredients except the sesame seeds.
  4. Arrange on a plate and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds!
